Incident at 900 Zindler May 7, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 900 Zindler about 2 a.m. on Saturday (May 5). The victim, Jonathan Cazares, 18, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant G. Gonzales and Officer R. P. Martinez reported: Several citizens saw Mr. Cazares’ body lying in a ditch and alerted off-duty Harris County Sheriff’s deputies, who were nearby. The deputies found Cazares and called for an ambulance. There are no known witnesses or motive at this time.
