Incident at 4100 Broadway Street May 14, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 4100 Broadway Street about 9:10 a.m. on Sunday (May 13). The victim, Leonard Oneal Shepard, 31, had no visible signs of injury. An autopsy by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office will determine his cause of death. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant G. Gonzales and Officer R.P. Martinez reported: HPD officers in a helicopter saw a body (Mr. Shepard’s) in Sims Bayou and alerted patrol units to the location. Family members arrived and told investigators they reported Mr. Shepard missing on Friday (May 11).
