Incident at 9301 Dairy View Lane #815 May 16, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 9301 Dairy View Lane #815 about 4 p.m. on Tuesday (May 15). The victim, Babatunde Kolade, 48, of 9301 Dairy View Lane #815, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Lieutenant R. Walker and Sergeant A. Semmelrock reported: Mr. Kolade was found in his apartment deceased after last being seen alive on Monday (May 14). Investigators found evidence of a struggle; however, it did not appear the apartment had been ransacked. There is no known motive or suspect at this time.
