Update on Incident at 6122 Belcrest November 13, 2007 - Houston police have learned the identities of one man and two women who were found dead at 6122 Belcrest about 11:15 p.m. on Monday (November 12). The victims have been identified as Elaine Foster, 42, Barbara Bailey, 45, and Jerome Perkins, 50. All three victims were found to have sustained gunshot wounds. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. McStravick and W. Anthony and Officers E. Cisneros, J. Robles and R. Chappell reported: HFD firefighters responded to a fire at the location and discovered the deceased victims inside the residence. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and observed a white four-door car leaving the area. It is believed the fire was purposely set in order to conceal evidence of the shooting.
