Seeking the Public’s Assistance in Identifying Aggravated Sexual Assault Suspects

November 28, 2007 - Houston police adult sex crimes investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects wanted in an aggravated sexual assault at Fleming and Westshire (Songwood Park) on October 22, 2007 about 4 a.m.

The sexual assault suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 18 to 22 years of age, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing140 to 150 pounds. He has a thin build, black hair, thick well-groomed eyebrows and a thin mustache. He wore white baseball shorts, a black muscle shirt, white sneakers, and carried a dark-colored gun. The second suspect/driver is described as a Hispanic male between 20 to 25 years of age and weighing 160 to 175 pounds. He had a teardrop tattoos under his right eye, a scorpion on his right upper arm, and the letters “CH” under the scorpion. The suspect wore an unknown color baseball cap. HPD Homicide Division Officer M. Ybanez reported:

The victim was accosted by the suspects as she arrived at her apartment home in the 12200 block of Fleming in East Houston. The first suspect placed a gun to her throat and demanded money. When the suspects discovered the victim only had about $7.00 they put her into their vehicle and drove her to the bank, but then changed their minds and drove to Songwood Park, where the gunman sexually assaulted the woman while the driver waited outside the car. The suspects then dropped the victim back off at her apartment.

The suspect’s vehicle is described as a small dark 4-door car (possibly a Honda) with a red stripe down its sides, a tan leather interior, with the rear passenger window shattered but still in place.
