Incident at 230 West Alabama #506 October 18, 2007 - Houston police are investigating the death of a man found at 230 West Alabama #506 about 9:50 p.m. on Wednesday (October 17). The victim, identified as Stephen M. Windham, 26, of 230 West Alabama #506, was pronounced dead at the scene. Mr. Windham and his roommate returned from a night out and got into an argument inside their 5th floor apartment. Witnesses then observed Windham hanging from the patio balcony of his apartment and then fall from the 5th floor. Investigators questioned the roommate and released him pending further investigation.
