HPD Homicide Division Officers T. Miller and M. Miller reported:

Constables were serving a forcible eviction at the listed address when they discovered Ms. Hosea’s body on a bed in an advanced state of decomposition. Officers found that there were no signs of forced entry into the home prior to them forcing entry. An autopsy performed by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s office determined that Ms. Hosea sustained blunt force trauma, which caused her death.

Ms. Hosea lived in this house with her boyfriend, Moore, since he was released from prison in 2006. Neighbors had not seen Ms. Hosea for several weeks and based on the condition of her body, it is believed that she had been dead for at least three weeks before she was found.

Anyone with information in on Ms. Hosea’s murder or Mr. Moore’s whereabouts is urged to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
