Fatal Shooting at 3900 Noble

August 19, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found in the 3900 block of Noble about 12:30 p.m. on Monday (August 18).

The victim, 22, suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Medical Examiner’s Office.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. J. Brooks and Senior Police Officer M. F. Waters III reported:

The victim and an unknown suspect got into an argument and at some point, the victim was shot several times. He was found on the railroad tracks near the 3900 block of Noble.

The suspect, described only as a black male in his early to mid 30s, fled the scene on foot.
