Incident at 11735 South Glen January 18, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 11735 South Glen about 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday (January 16). The victim, Kenneth Dwayne Murphy, 48, of 6904 Fuqua, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died. HPD Homicide Division Officers A. Ibarra and D. R. Daniel reported: Officers responded to a shooting just occurred at the Chesterfield Apartments after residents reported hearing multiple gunshots in the complex and found Mr. Murphy shot, near apartment #1327.
