Incident at 10965 South Gessner #1213 January 20, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 10965 South Gessner #1213 about 11:05 p.m. on Friday (January 18). The victim, Corey Lewis, 19, of 10965 South Gessner #1213, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. T. Parker and T. Wyers reported: Officer responded to a shooting just occurred and found Mr. Lewis had been shot at the door of his apartment. Further investigation determined Lewis’ mother found him and called 9-1-1 to report the shooting. At this time there is no known suspect or motive for the incident.
