Auto-Pedestrian Fatality at 2300 Oakcliff March 12, 2008 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 2300 Oakcliff about 3:25 p.m. on Tuesday (March 11). The victim, William M. Wolf, two years old, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Sergeant W.R. Cumbess and Officer J. Cavillo reported: The mother of Baby William arrived at 2300 Oakcliff to pick up her children from school, exited her vehicle and walked across the street to talk with a friend, who was in another vehicle. William got out of his mother’s vehicle and attempted to run across the street to his mother when he was struck by a black and gold Ford Expedition. The investigation is continuing.
