Investigation into Death of Female

March 24, 2008 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on a juvenile female who died at an area hospital after being dropped off outside a Houston Fire Department station at 619 Telephone Road about 4 p.m. on March 18.

The female, Crystina Sequeda, 15, of Gonzales, Texas, died at Memorial Hermann Hospital the following day (Mar. 19).

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C.M. Cegielski and Officer B.W. Nabors reported:

An unknown male stopped at Fire Station #18, removed the female from the back seat of a vehicle and left her on the ground. HFD personnel located the female, who had a very faint pulse, and transported her to the hospital.

Initial toxicology tests have revealed the female had elevated levels of cocaine, marijuana, PCP and Xanax in her system.
