Fatal Shooting at 8751 Broadway November 19, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8751 Broadway about 9:55 p.m. on Monday (Nov. 17). The victim, Reynaldo Garcia, 34, suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Sergeant P.V. Munoz and Officer L.R. Leon reported: Mr. Garcia was approached by two armed suspects during a robbery. After they shot Garcia, the suspects fled the scene on foot. The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males between 14 and 18 years of age.
