Surveillance Photos in Fatal Shooting at 4203 East Crosstimbers

November 26, 2008 - Houston police homicide investigators have released surveillance photos of two suspects wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 4203 East Crosstimbers about 11 p.m. on Tuesday (Nov. 25).

The shooter is described only as a black male in his mid teens to early 20s, about 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet 1 inch tall. He was wearing a red hood with a tan jacket and black shoes. The second suspect, who was not armed, was about 5 feet 3 to 5 feet 5 inches tall and in his mid to late teens.

The victim, Onyemaobi Williams Okorafor, 46, of Houston, suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Dillingham and Officer R. Figueroa reported:

The two unknown male suspects entered the Phillips 66 convenience store at 4203 East Crosstimbers and demanded money at gunpoint. One of the suspects shot Mr. Okorafor and then ordered a second employee to open the cash register. After taking an undetermined amount of money from the register, both suspects fled on foot in opposite directions. The second employee was unharmed and called police and an ambulance.
