Public’s Help Sought in Locating Two Wanted in Fatal Shooting

September 24, 2008 - Houston police homicide investigators believe two suspects wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of a man at 4114 Curtis about 10:30 p.m. on August 17 are in the Dallas, Texas, or Atlanta, Georgia, areas and ask for assistance from the public in locating them.

Jacoby Darnell Hall Reginald Tyrrell Price Reginald Tyrrell Price (b/m, DOB: 7-16-79) and Jacoby Darnell Hall (b/m, DOB: 5-11-78) are charged with capital murder in the 263rd State District Court. The two are wanted in the killing of William Jones, 35, who suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.

Two other suspects in Jones’ killing, Donna Renee Thomas (b/f, DOB: 10-9-82) and Danyell D.Thomas (b/f, DOB: 10-12-84), are also charged with capital murder in the same court. Donna Thomas was arrested on August 18 while Danyell Thomas was arrested on September 20.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.J. Anthony and Senior Police Officer R.W. Chappell reported:

The armed suspects kicked open the door at the residence at 4114 Curtis and held Mr. Jones and two other victims at gunpoint while they stole items from all three victims. The suspects then shot Jones multiple times before leaving the scene.
