Shooting at 2028 Gessner Drive

January 28, 2008 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male at 2028 Gessner Drive about 8 p.m. on Tuesday (Jan. 27). 

The victim, 14, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he remains in critical condition. 

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant A. Semmelrock and Officer J. E. Rodriguez reported: 

The victim was waiting at the above mentioned location for his food when shots were fired from a dark blue or green vehicle with a tan convertible top.  The victim was struck and fell to the ground.
