HPD Juvenile Division Investigators Sergeant T. Simmons and J. Roscoe reported:

In January, 2007 a victim came forward and stated that he had been sexually abused by Albina from the age of five until he was an adult.  He stated that Albina had paid him money and had given him gifts during that time.  The victim disclosed he was assaulted in the 2100 block of Crawford, which led investigators to search these premises and three additional properties located in the 8900 block of Westpark, the 11100 block of South Country Squire, and the 1300 block of St. Joseph’s Parkway on July 8, 2009.

These searches led to the discovery and seizure of financial records, 14 mini DV tapes, 138 CD/DVDs and multiple pornographic images.  Through this information, two additional victims have been identified and interviewed.  Investigators believe that due to the suspect’s position in the community and amounts of evidence that there are possibly more victims.
