Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 6363 West Airport

May 11, 2009 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 6363 West Airport about 11:40 p.m. on Sunday (May 10).

The male victim, Reginald Thomas, 26, of Houston, was found shot to death in his apartment complex parking lot.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers R. Chappell and R. Moreno reported:

Mr. Thomas was in his apartment when two black males knocked on his door.  Thomas left his apartment to meet with the suspects to whom he was reported to owe money.  Thomas was shot after leaving his apartment and found dead in the parking lot.

The investigation is continuing.
