Suspect Charged, Wanted in Fatal Traffic Accident at 900 Deboll


November 15, 2010 - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in a fatal traffic accident at 900 Deboll about 7:35 p.m. last Friday (Nov. 12).

The suspect, Oscar Aquino-Rosales (H/m, DOB: 3-23-85), is charged with accident involving injury in the 182nd State District Court.  He is wanted for his role in the death of a male pedestrian, 25.  The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. 

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D. Couch and Officer C. Tosso reported: 

Rosales and some of his neighbors got into an argument over loud music at the above location.  According to some witnesses, Rosales got into his vehicle, a green Volkswagen Jetta, and tried to leave.  Witnesses stated some in the crowd started throwing bottles at Rosales' car.  At that time, some stated Rosales tried to leave and accidentally ran over the victim.  Others stated Rosales intentionally ran over the victim and then fled the scene.
