Investigation Into Fatal Shooting at 3802 Seabrook


October 11, 2010 - Houston police are investigating a fatal shooting at 3802 Seabrook about 1:50 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 9).

The victim, James Edward Clacks, 62, of the above address, suffered multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.A. Countryman and Senior Police Officer S.J. Anderson reported:

An unknown male suspect drove to Mr. Clack's residence and an argument ensued. After a brief argument, the suspect pulled out a weapon and shot the victim. The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described only as a black male, 30 to 40 years of age, driving a black four-door car with tinted windows.
