May 2, 2011 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and wounding of two others at 7550 Long Point Road #41 about 12:15 a.m. today (May 2).

The deceased victim is identified as Victor Ramirez, 43, of the above address.  He suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.  A second male was also shot multiple times and is in critical condition at an area hospital.  The third victim is hospitalized in stable condition after suffering one gunshot wound.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Senior Police Officer P. Vela reported:

It appears there was an argument between four adult male neighbors at the above location.  Indications are one of the males (the suspect) produced a gun and shot the other three.  The suspect then fled the scene.  He is described only as a Hispanic male.
