Suspects Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 12700 Dairy Brook

January 23, 2012 - Houston police have arrested two suspects charged in the fatal shooting of two men and the wounding of a third at 12700 Dairy Brook about 3:45 a.m. on Saturday (Jan. 21).

The suspects, Joshua Horhn (b/m, DOB: 7-30-91) and Cedric Johnson-Franklin (b/m, DOB: 4-7-90), are charged with capital murder in the deaths of Treaon Bush, 24, and Tremaine Burnett, 21, who were pronounced dead at the scene.  A third wounded victim was transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.

Photos of suspects Horhn and Johnson-Franklin are not available at this time.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. McStravick and Senior Police Officer P. Vela reported:

Officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found all three victims had been shot, two of them fatally.  The suspects were described only as black males seen leaving the area in a newer model, black, four-door BMW.

Further investigation led to the identifications of Horhn and Johnson-Franklin as suspects in this case.  HPD SWAT officers arrested both suspects at 10101 Forum Park about 6:40 a.m. today (Jan. 23).
