December 13, 2013 - Houston police have learned the identity of a man found deceased at 21700 Eastex Freeway (North U. S. Highway 59) about 6:10 p.m. on Dec. 6.

The victim is identified as Paul Harris, 34, of Humble.

HPD Homicide Division Officers J. Saldana and E. Zugner reported:

HPD Kingwood patrol officers responded to a report of a body in the San Jacinto River. The HPD Marine Unit and HFD paramedics were called and located a male deceased in the river.

The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences positively identified the man as Mr. Harris, who was recently reported missing to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. His cause of death remains under investigation.
