June 14, 2013 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 9679 Bissonnet about 3:05 a.m. on Sunday (June 9).

The suspect, William Odell Bondurant (b/m, DOB: 9-18-83), is charged with murder in the 178th State District Court. A photo of Bondurant is attached to this news release.

The victim, Craig Donaldson, 18, of Missouri City, suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Parker and Senior Police Officer S. Straughter reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a reported shooting call in the Cube's Club parking lot at the above address. Upon arriving, they learned the victim, Mr. Donaldson, had been shot and transported to a local hospital where he died.

Further investigation identified Bondurant as a suspect in this case and, on Tuesday (June 11), he was arrested without incident.
