2ND Update: Suspect and Child Located Following Fatal Stabbing at 10555 Fondren

December 12, 2014 - Houston police have located the wanted suspect and child sought in the fatal stabbing of a woman at 10555 Fondren #822 about 2:30 p.m. on December 8.

Patrick Lambert was taken into custody about 5:30 p.m today (December 12) by Mexican authorities with the assistance of the FBI. The missing child, Achilles Lambert, was also located in Mexico and is reported to be in good condition.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants J. Robles and C. Hassig reported:

Through the combined efforts of the HPD Homicide Division, the Houston office of the FBI, and the Harris County District Attorney's Special Crimes Division, Achilles Lambert was located in Queretaro, Mexico, where he was abandoned by his father. Patrick Lambert was also taken into custody at a separate location in Mexico.

Patrick Lambert was being sought for questioning in the stabbing death of Anastacia Oaikhena Lambert, 27, of the above address.

Both Patrick Lambert and baby Achilles will be returned to Houston at a later date.

The investigation is continuing.
