December 15, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8901 Bissonnet about 5 p.m. on Saturday (Dec. 13).

The victim, Rafael Segovia, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers J. Saldana and T. Miller reported:

Mr. Segovia had just arrived at the above address to see his girlfriend. After exiting his vehicle, he was shot more than once. A suspect, described only as a male wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, was seen leaving the scene in a late model black SUV.
