Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 6768 Renwick

February 4, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men at 6768 Renwick about 6:30 p.m. on Monday (Feb. 3).

The identities of the male victims, 31 and 40 years of age, are pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Robles and Officer I. Ulloa reported:

The victims were standing in the apartment complex parking lot at the above address when they were approached by an unknown suspect(s), who possibly attempted to rob the men. One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene and the second was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
