Investigation into Female's Death at 16447 El Camino Real

February 10, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the death of a female found at 16447 El Camino Real about 4:10 a.m. on Saturday (Feb. 8).

The female suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Williams and Officer M. Condon reported:

The female was found in a vacant apartment by a resident who observed the door was open. The female was partially clothed, had severe head trauma, and appeared to have been sexually assaulted.

There is no known suspect(s) in this case.
