UPDATE: Composite Sketch of Suspect Wanted in Fatal Shooting at 6360 Skyline

November 14, 2014 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a man at 6360 Skyline about 9:40 p.m. on Tuesday (November 11).  

The suspect is described only as a black male, possibly in his 30s, about 6 feet 2 inches tall with a thin build.  A composite sketch of the suspect is attached to this news release.  

The victim, Juan Obispo Chamorro, 22, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant H. Garcia and Officer C. Cardenas reported:  

Mr. Chamorro and a companion were walking back to his apartment after taking out the trash and were approached by two male suspects, who then robbed them at gunpoint.  At some point during the robbery, Chamorro was shot by one of the suspects.  Both suspects, described only as black males, then fled the scene on foot.  Chamorro ran for help, then collapsed and died at the scene.
