Mr. Jackson was driving a vehicle with the suspect, Davis, and other teenagers when they stopped for fuel at a gas station at the above address.  The suspect, Davis, told investigators he was handling a gun and unintentionally discharged it, striking Jackson.  Jackson exited the vehicle and collapsed a few feet away.  He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.  Further investigation determined the juvenile suspect had moved the gun following the shooting and he was subsequently charged with tampering with evidence.
