Surveillance Video Released in Fatal Shooting at 12300 Aldine Westfield Road

May 15, 2019 - Houston police have released surveillance video of a possible suspect wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of a man that occurred at 12300 Aldine Westfield Road about 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday (May 14).

The possible suspect is described only as a Hispanic male in his early 20s, wearing a light-colored shirt and dark-colored shorts.  Surveillance video of the male seen running from the area is posted on the HPD YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/GPDvNWNql3g

The identity of the victim, believed to be in his mid-20s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives T. Fay and T. Terry reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at Keith-Weiss Park at the above address and found the victim deceased next to a pickup truck.  Witnesses reported the shooter fled on foot into the nearby park woods.
