Investigation into Shooting at 5107 Ridgecreek Circle

December 28 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a juvenile male at 5107 Ridgecreek Circle that occurred about 3:30 p.m. last Thursday (Dec. 24).

The victim, 14, was treated and released released from an area hospital.

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officer Z. Brumley reported:

The victim stated he was walking to his residence when he heard gunshots coming from an unknown individual and an unknown direction.  As he continued to walk, the victim stated he realized he had been shot one time in the buttocks.  Paramedics transported him to an area hospital for treatment. 

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspect(s).
