Investigation into Shooting at 14941 Richmond Avenue
March 9, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman that occurred at 14941 Richmond Avenue about 9:05 p.m. on Sunday (March 8).
The victim, Sheridan Harrold, 38, was transported to an area hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening wounds.
HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Detective S. Mohajer reported:
Ms. Harrold told transporting Houston Fire Department paramedics that she and a man known to her were arguing. In fear during the argument, Harrold produced a pistol and the two began to struggle over the weapon, causing it to discharge. She was struck in the shoulder.
Currently, there are no charges as the investigation is continuing.
