Suspect Sought in Hit-and-Run Crash at 11900 Westheimer Road

October 15, 2020 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in a hit-and-run crash at 11900 Westheimer Road about 6:25 a.m. on September 22.  

The victim, Cory Alan Parson, 26, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital with head trauma, abrasions and broken bones.  He was treated by doctors for his injuries and released on September 30.   

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant K. Harris and Officers R. Saenz and D. Nguyen reported:  

Mr. Parson was crossing Westheimer Road, not in a crosswalk, when he fell in the roadway.  Some vehicles went around Parson, however, he was struck by an unknown white pickup truck or SUV.  The driver then fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim.  Houston Fire Department paramedics transported Parson to the hospital.  

Parson was wearing dark-colored athletic clothing and, at that time, had no identification in his possession.
