October 29, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a woman found at 4500 Idaho Street about 8:55 a.m. on Wednesday (October 28).

The victim, Ramona Jones, 51, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and M. Casso reported:

Ms. Jones was found by a witness lying in a drainage ditch at the above address.  It was determined she had suffered multiple stab wounds.  

Witnesses provided statements to investigators, who are following up on leads in the case.
