Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 7730 Moline Street

November 01, 2021 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man and the wounding of a juvenile male at 7730 Moline Street about 12:05 a.m. on Sunday (October 31).  

The deceased victim is identified as Jerson C. Barrondo, 22.

The other wounded victim, 15, was transported to an area hospital.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Holbrook and Detective J. Roscoe reported:  

Mr. Barrondo was at a large house party at the above address and attempted to have people leave, as the party had become too large.  Barrondo got into an altercation with a male, who then shot Barrondo and another male.

Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced Barrondo deceased.  The juvenile male was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.  

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with short hair, a bit long on the top.  He was wearing a black hoodie and a black or dark-colored T-shirt with a design on the front.
