October 25, 2021 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results on skeletal remains found at 13301 Hiram Clarke Road about 10 a.m. on Saturday (Oct. 23).

HPD Homicide Division Detective D. Stark reported:

Officers were dispatched to a wooded area at a vacant lot at the above address and were advised by the property owner that a passerby reported seeing human remains in the woods.  The property owner and officers searched the area and located skeletal remains.

An anthropologist with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences responded to the scene and collected the evidence.  An autopsy is pending.
