December 19, 2022 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 4422 Kulkarni Street about 2:45 p.m. last Friday (December 16).

The identity of the victim, 22, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant N. Miyakpo and Detective R. Waterwall reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at a residence at the above address and found the victim unresponsive in the garage. He had sustained a gunshot wound. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.

According to witnesses, two masked males walked up to the garage and then shots were fired. Both males were seen leaving the scene.
