May 8, 2023 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of two men at 8217 Fulton Street about 6 p.m. last Friday (May 5).

The victims are identified as Khoi Tran, 20, and Gavin Tran, 19.

HPD Homicide Division Detectives N. Henderson and L. Patterson reported:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting call at the apartment complex parking lot at the above address and found two men with apparent gunshot wounds.  Paramedics pronounced the victims, Khoi Tran and his friend Gavin Tran, deceased at the scene.

Witnesses stated the two men were attempting to purchase shoes from an individual.  Three unknown black males were seen in a gray or silver Dodge SUV moments before the shooting occurred.
