The Organizational Development Command reports to the executive assistant chief of Investigative & Special Operations. It is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and training of officers and civilian employees. The command is also responsible for personnel activities such as record keeping, promotional exams and actions, personnel transfers, wellness, and provides psychological services to employees and their immediate family members.
