Thanksgiving Day Holiday

November 22, 23 & 24, 2012

Thursday, November 22, 2012 (Thanksgiving Day)
There will be no collection services. All SWMD facilities, including the Neighborhood Depositories, the Westpark Recycling Center and the Reuse Warehouse will be closed.

Friday, November 23, 2012
Thursday’s Garbage, Curbside Recycling, Yard Waste, 4th Thursday and 4th Friday Tree Waste will be collected. Neighborhood Depositories, the Westpark Recycling Center and the Reuse Warehouse remain closed.

Saturday, November 24, 2012
Friday’s Garbage, Curbside Recycling and Yard Waste will be collected. Neighborhood Depositories, the Westpark Recycling Center and the Reuse Warehouse re-open.

Residents may check online at www.houstonsolidwaste.org for the 2012 Holiday Collection Schedule or call 3-1-1, the City of Houston’s Customer Service Hotline for more information.
