Arrest of Teacher for Sexual Assault of a Child

May 5, 2006 -- Houston Police Juvenile Sex Crimes Unit investigators have arrested a Milby High School substitute teacher for the sexual assault of a 15 year old student. The suspect, Henry Olden Jackson Jr B/M dob 11-9-1978), was arrested without incident at his residence on May 4, 2006 and has been charged with three counts of sexual assault of a child in the 177th District Court. Jackson's bond is set at $25,000 for each count.

During the investigation, it was determined that Jackson began a sexual relationship with a student in August 2005 and the relationship continued until April 2006.

Investigators believe there may be other children who have been victimized by Jackson.
