Investigation Into Incident at 9700 Braeburn Glen
June 15, 2009 - Houston police are investigating an incident in which a woman was severely burned at 9700 Braeburn Glen about 11:40 p.m. Sunday (June 14).
The victim, whose name is being withheld pending notification of family, 33, suffered severe burns and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital Burn Center where she remains in critical condition.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Meeler, Senior Police Officer B. Evans and Officer K. Lopez reported:
The victim, at home in her apartment, suffered severe burns to a major portion of her body after answering her door to an unknown person.
