Update on Incident at 12803 Northborough

August 12, 2005 -- Charges have been filed against a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man at 12803 Northborough about 9:20 p. m. Thursday (Aug. 4).

The suspect, identified as Christopher Dewayne Jackson (b/m, DOB 4-21-82), is charged with murder in the 351st State District Court. Christopher Jackson is accused of killing Michael Jackson, 28, who was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. Christopher Jackson is the brother of the deceased.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. D. Newcomb and Officer T. Huynh reported:

The victim was shot at the apartment complex at 12803 Northborough. HFD paramedics arrived on the scene and pronounced him dead. A motive for the murder is unclear at this time.

The investigation is continuing.

Investigation into Male Found Deceased at 7300 Schuller Street

March 16, 2020 - Houston police are investigating the death of a male found at 7300 Schuller Street about 1:30 a.m. last Friday (March 13).  

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Major Assaults & Family Violence Division Officers S. Ragsdale and A. Graf reported:  

The victim got into a verbal altercation with friends which led to him being kicked out of the house.  The incident escalated further and the victim was shot.  He was then put in the bed of a pickup truck and taken to a different location.  

A male victim matching the description of the male placed in the pickup truck was found later in the evening in a drainage ditch at the above address.  At this time, it has not been determined if the victim in the ditch is the same male involved in the above incident.  

The investigation is continuing.
