Indicator description:

This indicator provides a measure of high-quality, innovative buildings in a community. The indicator identifies the number of LEED certified/registered buildings, measured for the Houston region. LEED certified/registered buildings use sustainable materials and technology to reduce pollution, protect resources, and conserve vital habitat, watersheds and natural areas.
