Incident at 7303 Gore

December 2, 2005 -- A suspect has been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of a man found at 7303 Gore about 3:15 p.m. on Thursday (Dec. 1).

The suspect, Michael Lee Fuller (b/m, DOB 11-17-55), is charged in the murder of his brother, Charles Leonard Fuller, 52. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the left arm and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers N.T. Ruland and A.J. Palos reported:

The victim and suspect lived together at 7303 Gore. The two had gotten into an argument on Wednesday night (Nov. 30) and one gunshot was heard coming from the home. The following day, Mr. Fuller was found dead inside the home. His brother, Michael, was taken into custody at the home and has been charged with murder in the 338th State District Court.
