Incident at 5401 Chimney Rock #712

November 18, 2005 -- The death of a baby that occurred at 5401 Chimney Rock on Thursday, November 17, 2005 about 7:30 p.m. is under investigation.

According to Houston Police Department Homicide Investigators T.R. Cummingham and R.W. Chappell, officers were called to Memorial Hermann Hospital regarding the report of an infant death. The father of six-week-old Kyra Marie Clay told investigators he found the infant deceased in her crib.

The Harris County Medical Examiner's office will be conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
