Traffic Incident at 3500 Reveille

April 2, 2006 --Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 3500 Reveille on April 2, 2006 about 5:25 a.m.

HPD Mobility Incident Management Division Officer D.L. Harwell reported:

The vehicle was traveling northbound on Reveille when it failed to control speed and failed to maintain a single lane of traffic. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a wooded utility pole. The vehicle went airborne and then landed on its side and rolled several times striking a sign pole. The driver of the vehicle was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle finally came to a stop on a driveway, on its top.
