Incident at 11200 Hempstead

August 7, 2006 -- Houston Police homicide detectives are investigating the death of a male at 11200 Hempstead on August 7, 2006.

Homicide investigators H. Riojas and R. Cervantes reported:

On August 7, 2006, at approximately 9:30 a.m., the deceased victim was found lying face down on the railroad tracks located adjacent to 11,200 Hempstead Highway. Preliminarily, it appears the victim sustained trauma to the face; however, the cause of death and the identity of the victim will be determined by the Harris County Medical Examiner's office.
