HPD Seeks Public's Assistance in Robbery Investigation

February 22, 2006 -- The Houston Police Department is assisting the Shreveport Police Department in the investigation of a jewelry store robbery occurring in that city on February 1, 2006. Houston Police have arrested 3 suspects that have been
charged with "Simple Robbery" in Shreveport. The suspects, all Houston residents, are from the same neighborhood in northeast Houston. At this time no watches have been recovered.

The investigation also has revealed that these suspects may also be involved in at least three jewelry store robberies in Houston during January 2006 and other cities along US 59 North (Lufkin and Longview). The Houston cases, as well as the others listed, are still under investigation.

The Houston Police Department and the Shreveport, Louisiana Police Department is asking for information regarding additional suspects, as well as information leading to the recovery of high-end watches taken during these robberies.

Arrested in Houston and currently charged in Shreveport, Louisana are:
